Offer Eligibility

• Offer is eligible only for a customer's first Standard Chartered Bank UPI transaction on PhonePe
• Offer is applicable only on Recharge and Bill Payment Transactions performed in the offer period
• Offer is not applicable on Credit Card Bill Payments made through PhonePe
• Offer can be applied only once per PhonePe registered user

Other Terms and Conditions

• Cashback is eligible only for Recharge and BillPay category transactions through the UPI linked SCB bank account on PhonePe using UPI payment option or UPI and PhonePe Wallet payment option
• SCB does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this Offer
• Neither SCB nor any of its subsidiaries assumes any responsibility for the service offered by PhonePe
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. The participation is voluntary and any Recharge or Bill Payment transaction on PhonePe app using SCB account shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein
• In the event payments are cancelled, the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback
• SCB reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the campaign / offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the Customer for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign/offer or otherwise by use of the service
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer
• The transaction must be initiated and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
• If the offer overlaps with other existing offers, the maximum of the offers is applicable.
• This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of SCB and PhonePe
• PhonePe and SCB have the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all its offers without prior notice.
• In a case of dispute, PhonePe and SCB reserves the right to a final decision on the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any dispute or claim regarding the services must be resolved by the Customers with PhonePe directly without any reference to SCB
• SCB shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of service delivered by PhonePe even if, the Customer approaches the Bank for resolution of the same
• Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe
• Cashback credited to a user cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users
• Offer valid only once per Phonepe registered user/smartphone during the offer period and applicable for both android and IOS devices.
• Cashback will be credited to the PhonePe wallet within one working day.
• Offer is applicable on both iOS and Android devices.
• Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe.
• Cashback credited to a user cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
• If the offer overlaps with other existing offers, the maximum of the offers is applicable.
• The transaction must be initiated and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
• PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all its offers without prior notice.
• If you have exceeded the monthly wallet transaction limit of ₹20,000, the cashback amount will be credited to your wallet on the first day on the following month.
